John Barrett, CIREC, is the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the Investment Sales Division at RM Friedland Commercial Real Estate Services, where they focus on new business generation for investment sales in the New York Metro area. With extensive experience as an investment sales broker, John has collaborated with owners of various types of properties, providing valuation, advice, and superior marketing strategies. Previously, they served as Managing Partner at Barrett Travel Service, President of the Commercial and Investment Division at Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS, and held roles at Admiral Real Estate Services and Massey Knakal Realty Services. John is also an Executive Board Member and member of the Board of Directors for The Arc Westchester. They earned a BS in Computer Science from Saint Peter's University and are pursuing further education in Real Estate at New York University.
