Heather Clark

Heather Clark is the Director of Human Resources at RM Sotheby's, where they have worked since 2019. With over 10 years of experience in human resources, Heather has held positions including Senior Human Resources Consultant at Forge Consulting Group and Human Resources Manager at Comtech Group. They began their career as a Student/Youth Employment Officer at St. Clair College and served as an Auction Administrator at RM Auctions. Heather earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Windsor and is currently pursuing further education at The University of Western Ontario. Recognized for strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, Heather collaborates effectively with various stakeholders in both union and non-union settings.
