Currently serving as President of RMA since January 2015, Shawn has previously held the role of Administrator at Practice Management Services from March 2010 to December 2014. Prior to that, Shawn was the Administrative Director of Perioperative Services at Duke Regional Hospital within the Duke University Health System from April 2001 to March 2010, after serving as a Senior Financial Analyst. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Implementation Consultant at QSP and Operations Manager at MD/Win, along with a role as Managed Care Contracts Specialist at Rex Healthcare. Shawn holds a Master of Public Administration in Health Administration from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Arts from Elon University.
