Patrick Strawbridge

Patrick Strawbridge is a Managing Partner at Rmada United, LLC, where expertise lies in developing effective leadership teams and enhancing communication within organizations. In previous roles, Patrick served as a Fractional Chief Operating Officer at Welcome Connect, LLC, and as Executive Director at the National Motorcycle Institute. Additional significant experience includes directing a multi-level Leadership Development Program at Nine Energy Service, managing educational development at Harris Health System, and holding various leadership positions in the US Navy focusing on human resource programs and technical training.
