Taylor Schmitt has extensive experience in event management and operations across various sports and entertainment industries. Currently, Taylor supervises special projects and the business department at RMC Events Inc., overseeing special events and providing support at various events across Virginia. Taylor also serves as an assistant coach for field hockey at Glen Allen High School, managing team social media and assisting with practices and games. In addition, Taylor has experience in marketing, social media management, and game-day operations through various internships and positions at organizations such as Friends of Dan Schmitt, USGA, and Atlantic Coast Conference. With a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management and Business Administration from Elon University and currently pursuing a Masters of Education in Sport Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University, Taylor is well-equipped to excel in the sports and events industry.

RMC Events began in 1999 by providing event staffing support to 16 events with 8 staff. Since then, RMC Events annually provides event staffing personnel to over 11,000 events and currently employs over 2,000 personnel.
