Margo Kirwin, CPLP, PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA

Margo Kirwin, CPLP, PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA has been working in the Project Management and Instructional Design field since 2000. Margo began as a Technical Project Manager for Perfect Access Speer, a technology implementation and training company catering to law firms. Margo then worked as a Technology Training Manager for Dorsey & Whitney LLP, an Am Law 100 member firm, where they managed all aspects of technology training development and delivery. In 2010, Margo was the Director of Training and Project Management Practice Director for RMC Project Management, where they were responsible for strategic planning and consultative business development. From 2014 to 2019, Margo worked as a Principal Consultant for Business Solutions Consortium LLC, consulting, training, coaching, writing, and performing business analysis and project management. Currently, Margo is a Project Management and Instructional Design Consultant and Product Owner for RMC Learning Solutions.

Margo Kirwin holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota, and graduated from John Adams High School. Margo also holds four certifications: CPLP - Certified Professional in Learning and Performance from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), PMI-ACP - Agile Certified Practitioner from the Project Management Institute, PMI-PBA - Professional in Business Analysis from the Project Management Institute, and PMP - Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
