Rebecca Martell

Rebecca Martell is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer with extensive experience in various human resources roles across multiple healthcare organizations. Currently serving at Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Care Services since June 2020, Rebecca previously held positions such as Physician Integration Specialist Senior at Advocate Aurora Health and Human Resources Manager at Hospital Sisters Health System. With a solid foundation in human resources and business management from Silver Lake College and the University of Wisconsin Manitowoc, Rebecca possesses a Master's in Management and Organizational Behavior, alongside a Bachelor's in Human Resources and Business Management. Additional experience includes employment coordination at Holy Family Memorial and roles in HR and recruitment at HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital and Federal Mogul, as well as service in the United States Air Force.
