Susan Andracki has been an integral part of NAMI since August 2016, serving as an IOOV presenter where presentations focus on personal experiences with mental health issues, structured into five engaging segments. Additionally, since May 2014, Susan has worked as a peer specialist at Rocky Mountain Crisis Partners, where responsibilities include providing support through the Colorado support line for individuals in distress, as well as their families and concerned parties, addressing a range of mental health challenges from sadness to suicidal ideation and assisting with resource referrals.

Rocky Mountain Crisis Partners offers crisis care for people experiencing mental health and substance abuse crises that can be assessed, safely and effectively stabilized, and efficiently linked to appropriate follow-up care and services. They provide its telephonic services to Colorado free of charge services like in-the-moment stabilization,early intervention, peer support, first responder triage and support, and referral into ongoing treatment to all Coloradans regardless of geography, income, race, and gender.
