Maria Hale

Maria joined the RMH team in 2020 after deciding to make her move from the client side in the marketing world back into advertising. As Vice President of Client Services, Maria oversees the fabulous RMH team and helps manage day-to-day creative and strategic direction, ideation, and consumer insights. She also develops business relationships, proposals, and onboarding for new clients.

Maria began her career at an advertising agency where she drove the business for multiple industries including technology, travel, and retail. She is experienced in numerous facets of the advertising and marketing industry including media buying, planning, account management, and in-house marketing. Prior to joining RMH, Maria led the field marketing team for Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen where she and her team were responsible for creating and implementing marketing programs for over 300 franchisees. Maria was also responsible for oversight of $95M in both local and national TV.
