Sharon Hawkes-Brown has over 35 years of experience in various HR roles. Sharon is currently the Chief People Officer at RMHC of the Philadelphia Region, where they have been since 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Director of People & Culture at the same organization from 2019 to 2024. Before joining RMHC, Sharon was the Human Resources Manager at Farmers of Salem from 2011 to 2018, where they were responsible for recruitment, employee development, and policy adherence. From 2006 to 2011, they worked as the Director of Operations at BrownPartners. Sharon also has experience as an Operations Manager at Options, Inc. from 1999 to 2001, where they provided HR consulting services and handled marketing and public relations. Sharon began their career at Clover, division of Strawbridge & Clother, where they held various roles including Personnel Representative, Customer Service Manager, and Merchandise Department Manager from 1985 to 1994. Sharon has a SHRM-CP/PHR certification.
Sharon Hawkes-Brown, SHRM-CP/PHR, holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Journalism from Duquesne University.
