Jacob Melser

Jacob Melser is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, culinary arts, and retail management. Currently serving as a Recruitment Consultant at RM Group (Switzerland) since February 2019, Jacob previously contributed as a Skilled Chef at Jack and JO from 2016 to 2018, where teamwork and time management played key roles. Prior to this culinary experience, Jacob backpacked across multiple countries in Europe and Asia in 2016. Additionally, Jacob held the position of Relationship & Operations Manager at Sourced Market (2015-2016), successfully managing a pop-up store in a busy London train station. Jacob also served as a Retail Store Manager at Three (2014-2015), focusing on achieving KPIs and customer engagement, and was involved in creating a children's TV show as a Team Member for Channel 4 (2013-2014). Jacob holds a B-Tec NVQ Level 2 in Media and Marketing from Acland Burghley.
