Manuela Spiga

Manuela Spiga serves as the Head of Careers, Industry and Alumni Relations at RMIT University Vietnam since September 2015, overseeing strategic planning and management of two teams across RMIT Saigon and Hanoi. Spiga focuses on developing relationships with industry partners in Vietnam and Southeast Asia to enhance employability opportunities for students and alumni, while also organizing career-focused events and advising on market trends for course development. Prior to RMIT, Spiga held the position of Career Service Manager at Istituto Marangoni London, designing career development strategies for international students and managing placements with prestigious companies. Spiga's experience also includes account management in Marketing and Public Relations at International Talent Support and a teaching assistant role at the European School. Spiga's academic qualifications include a Master in Global Trade and an MBA from RMIT University Vietnam, along with additional certifications from Harvard Business School Online and NCDA.org.
