Thinh Ngo Duc

Thinh Ngo Duc currently serves as a Student Administration Officer at RMIT University Vietnam, where responsibilities include managing data entry, student records, and administration across both Vietnam and Melbourne systems, as well as overseeing processes related to enrolments, billing, visas, exams, and graduations. Previously, Thinh worked as a Librarian at RMIT University Vietnam, providing customer service to over 6,500 students and 100 staff members, maintaining library data, conducting numerous library tours, and leading training initiatives for new staff. Thinh holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from RMIT University Vietnam, completed in 2023.
