Hans van Dam

Hans van Dam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Industry Research Fellow at RMIT University, Hans also holds significant positions such as Board Member at the CDI Foundation and CEO of the Conversation Design Institute. In addition, Hans co-founded CDI Services and has served as a board member, alongside a previous role as a copywriter at CX Company. Educationally, Hans van Dam holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in European Studies from the University of Amsterdam, completed between 2006 and 2012.
