Iris Olson

Iris joined RMK Management in 2008 following a successful career in hospitality management. She is currently a Regional Manager for RMK Management and a Development Associate for M&R Development. She wears many hats within both roles and is recognized for her high ethical standards, model efficiency and can-do attitude. After achieving success with her inaugural property, where she turned a low-occupancy building into a top performer within the company’s portfolio, she was given the opportunity to oversee a multi-million-dollar common area renovation project. Following the success of the common area renovation, she accepted the role of Development Associate with M&R Development and Marketing Coordinator with RMK Management, for which she relocated to Illinois in 2016. Iris has played an integral role in the development of three major properties, including The Residences at Hamilton Lakes, The Residences of Wilmette and The Residences at Addison & Clark in Wrigleyville. In addition to providing input on various selections and obtaining proposals for owner review, she coordinates all marketing collateral and social media agreements. In 2018, Iris began overseeing a multi-million-dollar unit rehab program in her home state of Minnesota, and in February 2019, she accepted the position of Regional Manager with RMK Management. She now oversees the Minnesota properties due to her extensive knowledge of the Twin Cities markets. Iris obtained her Illinois Broker’s License in 2018 and is currently pursuing her Minnesota Broker’s License.
