Jessica Simpkins has extensive experience in account management and customer service, currently serving as an Account Leader at RMK Productions since August 2017, after holding roles as Account Manager and Account Associate in Marketing Communications, Client Services, and Events. Prior to this, Jessica worked at Pier 1 from April 2015 to June 2017 as a Sales Leader and Sales Associate, where responsibilities included customer engagement and store display maintenance. Earlier experience includes positions at Starbucks, where Jessica advanced from Barista to Shift Supervisor, overseeing daily operations, and a role at Safeway as a Starbucks Kiosk Barista. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from George Mason University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College.
