Nilesh Kadam began their work experience in 1995 as a Supervisor at Bharat Forge Ltd, where they managed a team and monitored product quality. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as a Marketing Officer at Kalyani Carpfenter Special Steels Limited, where they conducted market research, made technical presentations, and cultivated relationships. Following that, Nilesh joined ACC Limited in 2000 as an Assistant Manager, taking responsibility for sales performance, debtors control, and coordinating with various departments. At Western Union, they served as a Business Development Manager from 2006 to 2008, expanding the network and managing relationships. Nilesh then joined Thomson Reuters, starting as a Key Account Manager in 2008 and eventually becoming a Regional Manager in 2011. Nilesh went on to work at RML Information Services Private Limited from 2013, setting up and scaling alternative distribution networks for sales and growth.
Nilesh Kadam pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from S.P. College, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Following this, they obtained a Diploma in Business Management (DBM) in Marketing from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which they completed between 1995 and 1997. Finally, Nilesh completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the same university, studying from 1996 to 1998.
