Stephanie P. currently serves as the Regional Director of Sales for RMS Companies since March 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing topline sales functions, marketing, revenue management, and catering sales for a 124-room upscale boutique property, as well as developing strategies to enhance business growth. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Opening Sales Manager, managing grand opening activities and maximizing hotel revenue. Prior to RMS Companies, experience included serving as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator at The Capital Grille, where event bookings and external business partnerships were key responsibilities, and as the Assistant Director at the YMCA of Central Kentucky. Stephanie P. earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Kentucky in 2014.
