Charles Menun is a seasoned professional in the field of structural and earthquake engineering with extensive experience in both academia and consulting. As President of Menun Risk Consulting Services since July 2009 and a Consultant at Risk Management Solutions since July 2005, Charles has applied expertise in risk assessment and management. Previously, Charles served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Stanford University, focusing research on probabilistic methods for safety and performance in earthquake engineering. Early career experience includes a role as a Structural Engineer at Jones Kwong Kishi, where supervision of structural design for high-rise buildings in Greater Vancouver was a key responsibility.
