Kathryn Palkovics

Kathryn Palkovics is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client success and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Client Success Operations at RMS since June 2023, Kathryn previously held the position of Senior Director of Customer Success at LexCheck from April 2022 to January 2023. Prior roles include Director of Strategic Customer Success and Customer Success Manager at Glia, and various leadership positions at FactSet, including Vice President, Regional Director - Client & User Support. Kathryn began their career as Advertising Manager at The Daily Free Press and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from Boston University, earned in 2011.
