Sara Urias

Sara Urias has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various roles and industries. Sara started their career as a Research Analyst at Imperative Information Group in 2006. From there, they worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant at LG Electronics and Aflac. In 2012, they became an Office Administrator at Probe Holdings before transitioning to the role of HR Assistant/Recruiting Coordinator at Cobalt International Energy in 2013. Sara then served as an HR Generalist/Payroll Support at Probe Holdings before joining Houston Inspection Field Services as an HR Generalist. In 2018, they worked as an HR Generalist at Noventis, Inc. before becoming the Human Resources Director at Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC, where they currently lead end-to-end HR efforts and supervises a team of four. Throughout their career, Sara has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, benefits administration, employee relations, and HR policy development.
