Candace Seeve

Candace’s family has been farming in northeastern Montana for four generations. Her passion for advancing technologies and innovations that address agricultural challenges is rooted (pun intended) in her experiences growing up, and working on the family farm.

In 2010, Candace received a Ph.D. in Molecular & Environmental Plant Sciences from Texas A&M University. Prior to joining TechAccel, she was a USDA-ARS postdoctoral fellow in Columbia, MO. Candace is also experienced in science communication, and is passionate about the importance of making technical scientific topics accessible to all audiences, and engaging the public in discussions about scientific research.
