Grace Suva, RN, BScN, MN, is a highly experienced nursing professional with a strong background in research and program management. Grace began a career at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton as a Research Nurse/Coordinator, where a Nursing Research Fellowship was received to enhance the kidney transplant research program. Following this role, Grace worked at the Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario (RNAO) in various capacities including Program Manager, Clinical Management, Nursing Research Associate, and Manager of Implementation Science, leading initiatives on clinical best practice guidelines and evidence implementation. Currently, as Senior Manager, Indigenous Health at RNAO, Grace focuses on fostering the integration of Indigenous perspectives within healthcare practices. Education includes a Master's in Nursing from Ryerson University and a Bachelor's in Nursing from McMaster University, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
