Erno Koliseva

Erno Koliseva is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) at O-Pitblast since March 2024, focusing on digital transformation and innovative technology development within a startup environment. Prior to this role, Erno held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Senior Advisor for New Business at RND Works from October 2020 to present, and served as Director at Vincit from April 2017 to September 2020. Additional experience includes serving as CTO at KWD Digital in 2016, a Generalist at Druid Oy from 2013 to 2016, and a Software Engineer at Finnish Net from 2011 to 2013. Erno holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Northumbria University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Leicester.
