Xander Weintraut

Xander Weintraut has had a diverse work experience in software engineering and research. Xander was most recently employed as a Junior Software Engineer at The RND Group | a gener8 company in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Purdue Computer Science in 2022 and as a Unit Testing Intern at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in 2021. In 2020, they managed the Wiki for Purdue iGEM. Xander was also a Software Developer for Communicode from 2016 to 2017 and worked as a Verification Engineer intern at The RND Group | a gener8 company in 2016. As a Verification Engineer, they participated in daily SCRUM meetings and executed and corrected verification test suites on FDA Class II Genetic-Testing Instruments in preparation for 510(k) submission.

Xander Weintraut completed their AP Capstone Diploma at Westfield High School from 2015 to 2019. From 2019 to 2023, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Purdue University.
