Aurimas Budrys

Aurimas Budrys has a strong background in the photovoltaic (PV) industry. Aurimas started their career at Detra Solar in 2017 as a PV Design Engineer, where they gained expertise in detailed drawing design for solar projects and electrical circuit design. In 2018, they joined Eternia Lietuva as a PV Design Engineer and later became a PV Project Manager. During their time at Eternia Lietuva, they managed all phases of solar projects, implemented a total of around 16 MW (50 projects), and provided management for internal personnel, contractors, and vendors. Currently, Aurimas Budrys is the Head of Production (PV) at RNDV, starting in 2023. Overall, their work experience demonstrates their ability to oversee and manage solar projects from procurement to commissioning, as well as their expertise in PV design and technical/economical analysis.

Aurimas Budrys began their education in 2014 at Kaunas University of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Renewable Energy Engineering. Aurimas completed this program in 2018. During their undergraduate studies, they also had the opportunity to study at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in 2016-2017, focusing on Renewable Energy Engineering. After completing their bachelor's degree, they continued their education at Kaunas University of Technology and pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Energy Technologies and Economics from 2018 to 2020.
