Gerard van Genderen

Gerard van Genderen is an experienced professional in asset management and insolvency law, currently serving as an account manager in Special Asset Management at RNHB since July 2021. Prior to this, Gerard held the position of project leader in insolvency at TWA | Troostwijk Waardering en Advies B.V. from January 2020 to June 2021. Gerard's previous roles include loan asset manager and account manager for Restructuring & Recovery at Propertize from May 2014 to October 2019, and attorney at Damsté advocaten - notarissen, focusing on insolvency and commercial law from January 2011 to April 2014. Educational qualifications include a post-academic specialization in Real Estate Law from Grotius Academie and a post-academic program in Insolvency Law from the Centrum voor Postacademisch Juridisch Onderwijs. Gerard also holds LL.M. degrees in Private Law from the University of Amsterdam and in Law and Management from Tilburg University, as well as completing summer schools at the University of London.
