Vivienne Francis has extensive experience in communications, marketing, and external affairs. Vivienne is currently working as the Chief Social Change Officer at RNIB, where they lead efforts to promote social change for blind and partially sighted people. In their previous role as the Director of Communications and The Foundation at Brainkind, they successfully revamped the fundraising infrastructure and implemented a new CRM system. Prior to that, Vivienne served as the Director of Marketing and External Affairs at Alzheimer's Society, where they led various external-facing activities and achieved significant growth in income and public understanding of dementia.
