Amanda Robson

Amanda Robson has extensive experience in volunteer management and youth education, currently serving as the Volunteering Resources Project Lead at RNLI since October 2010. In this role, Amanda is responsible for developing volunteer management toolkits, workshops, and resources to support volunteer managers and volunteers. Key responsibilities include liaising with Volunteering Advisers, supporting the development of volunteer induction processes, and ensuring alignment with business needs. Previously, Amanda held the position of Youth Education Manager at RNLI, where responsibilities included recruiting and managing youth education volunteers and fostering partnerships with educational entities to promote water safety. Amanda's early career included a role as Project Coordinator at SSAT (The Schools Network). Amanda holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Liverpool and graduated from St John Fisher RC High School in Harrogate.
