Brian McDowell

Brian McDowell is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in senior finance roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Finance Business Partner at RNLI since July 2022, Brian previously held significant positions at Bupa, including Head of Central Finance and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. With prior experience as a Director at BMCD Consulting, Brian provided management consultancy support focused on financial services, enhancing decision-making through improved management information. At JPMorgan Chase, Brian contributed as a Technology and Operations Finance Manager for the APAC region and held various VP and AVP roles in finance-related functions. Brian’s career began at Ford Motor Company, where responsibilities included finance management and process improvement, supported by a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Educational qualifications include an ACMA from CIMA and a B.Com (Hons) in Business Studies from The University of Edinburgh.
