Charlie Rustem is currently the Fundraising and Partnership Lead at RNLI, with previous experience as a Community Manager. From 2013 to 2020, Charlie served as the Manager of Communications at East Sussex Community Voice. Prior to that, they were the Project Officer for the Interreg 2 Seas project VRAC, focusing on developing integrated services for vulnerable children. Charlie also held roles as Tutor Support and Library Assistant with East Sussex County Council from 2010 to 2013.
