Debbie Corke

Debbie Corke has extensive experience in volunteer management and administrative roles, currently serving as the Volunteer Development Co-ordinator at RNLI since September 2005, where responsibilities include overseeing the volunteer framework and supporting the Volunteer Development Team. Prior positions include roles at RNLI as OD, L&D & College Administrator/Volunteer Co-ordinator, where Debbie managed a team of 30 volunteers to enhance visitor engagement, and various administrative positions at Poole Hospital NHS Trust, including PA to the Assistant Director of Nursing and Higher Clerical Officer. Early career experience includes working as a Learning Support Assistant for hearing impaired children and as a Clerk/typist at Gresham Life Assurance Society Ltd. Debbie holds an LCC Private Secretary's Certificate from Bournemouth & Poole College of FE.
