James Brown

James Brown has extensive experience in commercial operations and marketing within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Head Launcher/Vehicle Driver/Shore Crew Volunteer at RNLI, James has been recognized as Shore Crew of the Year in 2022 and 2023. Previous roles include Interim Principle of the Launch Excellence Team at Lumanity, and Head of Global Commercial Operations at HRA PHARMA RARE DISEASES, where strategic business development plans were developed and implemented across various regions. James held positions such as EU Commercial Consultant for CPP, Senior Consultant for natrel Health, and UK Business Development for Respiri Ltd. Additionally, leadership experiences at CSL Behring and Bayer HealthCare involved directing global marketing strategies for coagulation products and introducing successful new brand strategies, respectively. Early career roles at Novartis and Pfizer Inc involved leading cross-functional teams and launching key pharmaceutical products. James holds a Joint Honours degree in Chemistry with Business Administration from Kingston University.
