Jo Henry

Jo Henry is an accomplished Area Operations Manager with the RNLI in Scotland, currently engaged in overseeing vital operations. They previously served as the Covid Community Testing Operations Manager for NHS Orkney and Voluntary Action Orkney from 2021 to 2022. Jo held various roles in the Royal Navy, including Leadership Instructor and Embarked Air Traffic Controller, where they demonstrated strong leadership and safety management skills. They also contributed to strategic change initiatives as a Special Projects Staff Officer at Joint Forces Command from 2014 to 2016. Jo earned a BA (Hons) in Business Economics from the University of Liverpool, completed in 1999, and is currently involved in planning the International Island Games in Orkney for 2025 as the Deputy Games Director.
