Katie Cadden possesses extensive experience in law, regulatory oversight, and project management. In the role of Senior Associate and Solicitor at P. O'Connor & Son, Katie successfully implemented a Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2015 standards. Notably, Katie served as a Board Member and Regulatory Committee Chairperson at the Charities Regulator, where responsibilities included guiding organizational strategy and overseeing compliance. As a co-owner and director of Zest Foods Limited, Katie also brings entrepreneurial insight.
