Luke Pentith

Luke Pentith is a co-founder of Whitby Distillery Limited since March 2018 and has been serving as a volunteer crew member for RNLI since October 2022. Previously, Luke held various engineering roles at The Kraft Heinz Company from July 2011 to October 2018, including Head of Continuous Improvement and Site Continuous Improvement Lead. Early professional experience includes a mechanical engineering placement at British Sugar in 2009-2010. Luke holds a 2:1 BEng (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Academic credentials also include A-Levels in Maths, Physics, and Product Design from Fulford Sixth Form. Areas of focus include a company-wide waste reduction project across four factories.
