Uzma Stamp

Uzma Stamp is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in reward and compensation management across various global organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director of Reward at HSBC since March 2014, Uzma Stamp oversees benefits, well-being, global mobility, and share plans. Uzma Stamp has held significant roles such as Global Head of Benefits and Well-being, and Global Head of Deferred Reward. Additionally, Uzma Stamp is a Non-Executive Director at RNLI since November 2018. Prior experiences include serving as Reward and Performance Director at BP from January 2012 to February 2014 and EMEA Head of Firmwide/Executive Compensation at Goldman Sachs between July 2000 and December 2011. Uzma Stamp holds an ATII qualification in Taxation from the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Maths with Management Applications from Brunel University of London.
