Tanya Gerstmar

Tanya Gerstmar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tanya worked at RNN Group UK as the Head of SEND & High Needs from January 2020 to the present, and previously served as the Deputy Head of Student Support Services from October 2016 to January 2020. Prior to that, they were employed at Dearne Valley College as a Learner Journey Co-Ordinator from September 2014 to October 2016, and as a Lecturer & Progress Coach from September 2012 to June 2014. Tanya also has experience as a Sales Assistant at Next Retail Ltd, where they worked from June 2005 to May 2011.

Tanya Gerstmar began their education in 2008 at Sheffield Hallam University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management. Tanya completed their undergraduate studies in 2009. In 2010, Tanya enrolled at The University of Huddersfield and earned a Post 16 Education PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) in 2012.
