Janice Ribeiro

Janice Ribeiro is an accomplished telecommunications professional with over 24 years of experience. Currently serving as Gerente de Operações at RNP since April 2010, Janice leads a specialized team in maintaining the backbone of Brazil's national academic and research network, consistently achieving quality and availability goals while implementing new processes for support and service management. Previously, Janice held positions at Level 3 Communications from July 2000 to April 2010, where responsibilities included customer support management and network engineering, and at Embratel as an International Network Planning Engineer from July 1999 to July 2000. Janice holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidade Federal Fluminense and a Postgraduate degree in Administration from FGV. Early education was completed at Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica Celso Suckow da Fonseca.
