Josh McIntosh

Josh McIntosh is the National Director of Operations at Ro Health. Josh has over ten years of experience in management and operations, with a focus on the healthcare industry. Josh began their career as a Peer Leadership Consultant at the Leadership Resource Office at the University of Oregon. In this role, they served as a mentor to students and student groups on campus, encouraging civic engagement and community leadership. Josh was also involved in planning large-scale leadership events that promoted and recognized student leaders for their efforts.

In 2007, McIntosh began working for Maxim Healthcare Services as the Manager of Business Operations. In this role, they managed the operations of Maxim's Seattle Nurse Staffing office. Josh oversaw operations, client management and recruitment. Josh remained in this position for eight years before leaving to become an Operations Director (Consultant) for Dynamo Plus Staffing and Consulting Services. Josh managed the operations of Maxim's Seattle Nurse Staffing office during their time there.

McIntosh has been with Ro Health since 2015 and currently serves as the National Director of Operations. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing Ro Health's operations nationwide.
