Ryan Pernice has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Ryan founded and operated RO Hospitality, which includes Table & Main, Osteria Mattone, and Coalition Food and Beverage. Ryan's focus is on providing excellent hospitality with characteristics such as warmth, optimism, ownership, conviction, and loyalty. Ryan also worked as a Dining Room Manager & Operations Specialist for Union Square Hospitality Group and as an Account Manager and Food & Beverage Analyst for Avero. Prior to that, Ryan was a Principal/Founding Consultant at CHC, Hospitality Consultants.
Ryan Pernice attended the Cornell Peter and Stephanie Nolan School of Hotel Administration from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science Degree with Distinction in Hotel Administration. Ryan also obtained a certification in TIPS from Tips Alcohol in 2010.
