Ben Gershuny is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various roles at Ro from May 2020 to the present, including Staff Software Engineer and Software Engineering Fellow. Prior to that, Ben co-founded and served as CEO at Pillar from January 2019 to August 2020 and led the data team at the Venture Capital Inclusion Lab from October 2018 to June 2020. Ben also contributed as a Teaching Assistant for Data Science at Brown University in early 2020 and completed an internship as a Software Engineer at tastyworks in summer 2016, where a system for calculating margin balance requirements was engineered. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Brown University, completed in 2021, and graduated from Francis W. Parker School in 2017.
