Kristin Demers

Kristin Demers is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Director of Performance & Growth at Ro since March 2022. Prior to this role, Kristin worked as Director of Training & People Development at Paradigm Strategy Inc., where the focus was on building inclusive organizations. Kristin also held various leadership positions at Tower Research Capital, including Director of HR Operations, where significant improvements in compensation and performance systems were implemented, and in earlier roles at Colgate-Palmolive, where responsibilities included global equity programs and employee life cycle support. Kristin's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
