Melissa Tang is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of FP&A at Ro since April 2019, Melissa has progressed through multiple roles in the organization, including FP&A Director, Associate Director, and Senior Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Greenhouse Software, where Melissa was Manager of FP&A and Senior Financial Analyst, and a solid foundation in investment banking at Morgan Stanley as both an Analyst and Summer Analyst in the Financial Sponsors Group.
