Sarah Rosenzweig is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and operations strategy across various industries, currently serving as the Head of CX at CoinTracker since December 2023. Throughout their career, Sarah has held key positions including VP of Customer at Blueacorn, where Sarah led customer-centric initiatives and managed the turnaround of Payment Protection Program operations, as well as significant roles at Stash and American Express, focusing on customer engagement and sales strategy. Sarah holds an MBA from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and a BA in Government & Law from Lafayette College.
