Chelsea Elliott

Chelsea Elliott has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of L&D at the Road Haulage Association (RHA) since January 2020, following roles as Assistant Head of L&D and Quality & Qualification Manager. Prior to joining RHA, Chelsea worked as a QCO at Vion Halls from May 2011 to October 2012. Educational background includes attendance at Broxburn Academy (2005-2009) and West Lothian College, where Chelsea obtained a degree in ITC.
