Liam Buckley currently serves as the Area Manager for Northern Scotland at the Road Haulage Association since April 2024. Previously, Liam held the position of Transport Manager at Keenan Recycling Ltd from December 2019 to April 2024, where responsibility included compliance with the Scotland Operator's Licence. Starting as a Transport Planner at Keenan Recycling, Liam attained the Transport Manager CPC certification in April 2021. Prior roles include Branch Manager at Thrifty Car & Van Rental (2007-2019) and positions such as Acting Distribution Manager and Distribution Advisor during that time.
