Tj Burns is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in management roles across the rental and equipment sectors. Currently serving as General Manager - Rental at Road Machinery & Supplies Co. since July 2022, Tj oversees P&L responsibilities while driving rental strategies and developing high-performing teams. Previous roles include General Manager at RMS Rentals, where Tj focused on team development and customer experience, and Branch Manager at United Rentals, where responsibilities encompassed safety, market development, and profitability. Earlier experience includes roles at Aggreko, from Operations Coordinator to Technician II, and military service as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic and Psychological Operations Specialist in the U.S. Army.
