Jorge Ortega Haye has extensive experience in corporate development, finance, and investment banking. Jorge began their career in 2010 as a Financial Analyst at Empresas Copec, where they worked for two years. Jorge then moved on to Penta as a Private Equity Analyst before joining Banco Penta as an Analyst and later as an Associate. In 2014, they pursued an MBA at The University of Chicago and became part of the MBA Class of 2016. During their time at Moelis & Company, they served as an Investment Banking Summer Associate. Jorge then joined Quiñenco as a Corporate Development VP, where they stayed for two years. Afterward, they worked as the Corporate Development VP at ENEX for over a year. Currently, they serve as the Chief Financial Officer at Road Ranger, LLC.
Jorge Ortega Haye's education history includes several significant achievements. Jorge pursued an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they obtained their Magister en Ingenieria (Master's degree) in Mining and Economics from 2009 to 2010. Furthermore, they completed their undergraduate studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, earning a degree in Civil Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Mining from 2004 to 2009.
