Shradha Gairola

Shradha Gairola has a diverse work experience in the retail and food service industries. In 2016, they started working at Road Runner Sports as a Shift Lead and later moved on to become a Team Lead. In 2019, they were promoted to Assistant Store Manager, where they were responsible for inventory management, shipping and receiving, and visual merchandising. Shradha also assisted the store manager with scheduling and payroll. In 2020, Shradha became a Retail Store Manager, overseeing store revenue, marketing, payroll, and team development. Currently, they are serving as a Retail Operations Manager, coordinating projects and communications across multiple store locations and implementing standard operating procedure improvements. Before joining Road Runner Sports, Shradha worked at Veggie Grill, Inc. from 2013 to 2015, starting as a Cashier and later becoming a Shift Lead. In these roles, they provided customer service, managed sales goals, and handled cash reconciliation.

Shradha Gairola obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Science from California State University, Fullerton. Shradha attended this institution from 2012 to 2017.
